We finally know the truth about Chipotle.

It's Ash Wednesday which means that Lenten season has begun and if you participate in Lent, you might want to consider giving up Chipotle; because let's face it, it's much easier to give up Chipotle for 40 days rather than forever.

When most of us think of tacos and burritos, I think it's safe to say that we're under the assumption that Chipotle is a healthy option, yes? No. The fine folks at the New York Times might as well have come over and spit in your burrito bowl because according to one of their recent articles, Chipotle is really bad for you.

The Times found that the most common meal that people get at Chipotle- a burrito bowl with meat, lettuce, cheese, rice and sour cream - is 1,070 calories. That's only 234 calories less than a Big Mac.

Anyone else surprisingly hungry for Chipotle now?
