Beyoncé is now the topic of a class at UIC, and not just for a one day discussion, an entire semester.

“Beyoncé: Critical Feminist Perspectives and U.S. Black Womanhood,” is now being offered at the college in Chicago, and I have a feeling it's not going to be the blow-off class you might think it could be.
Maybe there will be some music involved, a little "Single Ladies," hopefully some "Crazy In Love," but actually looks like a pretty serious course.
The main discussion will be whether or not Beyoncé is a feminist.
When I was in college I took a class on The Beatles where we literally just watched a movie everyday and listened to music, that was easy, this one maybe not so much but I think I'd still sign up.
