Smoke Is Being Used As a Security Measure Against Smash-and-Grabs in Illinois

Crime has become a serious issue in Illinois, especially when it comes to stealing. Thieves will take anything that's not nailed down. Even if it is nailed down, the criminals will still find a way to get the item. One method that many burglars are using in our state is smash-and-grabs. The suspects will crash into the front of the business with a stolen vehicle, take what they want, and then leave. This causes major damage to the property, to add insult to injury.

The criminals can't see to steal anything or even escape. It reminds me of something you would see in Batman or James Bond. The company compares the fog to driving in a whiteout blizzard. I think this might help prevent smash-and-grabs.
