Beef-a-Roo's New Website Is Live!

After months of uncertainty, closures and plenty of wondering whether we'd ever see our beloved Rockford-area Beef-a-Roos return, things are finally starting to feel REAL.

The new owners, Robert Grottke and Alex Edwards, have launched the official 815 Beef-a-Roo website, and it's worth checking out if you've been following this whole saga as closely as I have.

The website features all eight Stateline-area locations expected to reopen, and one finally has an opening date of October 29!

YES! We finally have an actual date to put on the calendar... and it's less than a week away!

Here are the seven other locations that are currently listed as opening soon:

  • South Alpine Road, Rockford
  • Auburn Street, Rockford
  • East Riverside Boulevard, Loves Park
  • North Second Street, Loves Park
  • Adamson Lane, Machesney Park
  • Rockrose Court, Roscoe
