The Bear’s Jeremy Allen White Is Back in Chicago for New A24 Film
A bona fide blockbuster is rolling into Chicago this spring, and it's bringing a familiar face with it. Jeremy Allen White may have wrapped Season 3 of The Bear, but he's not done with the Windy City just yet.
Jeremy Allen White is Basically A Chicagoan Now

If you haven't spotted Jeremy Allen White strolling through the streets of Chicago (or Galena) in a hoodie and deep thought, do you even live in Illinois? The Bear star has been a Windy City staple the last few years thanks to his Emmy-winning role as Carmy, the stressed-out chef we all want to hug. And now, he's not going anywhere—at least not in May.

Jeremy Allen White to Star in New A24 Film
Jeremy is sticking around Chicago a bit longer, this time to lead a new A24 thriller called Enemies. It's a World War II drama where he plays an American POW on the run from a Nazi soldier. So, you know, light and breezy stuff.
He'll be starring alongside Austin Butler, yes, Elvis himself, also that creepy guy from Dune 2. The movie is kicking off a 32-day shoot in and around Chicago, with pre-production already underway at Cinespace.
The Bear Returns in June, But Until Then...
This is great news for anyone who's perfected their casual "Oh, is that Jeremy Allen White behind my latte?" face. While The Bear Season 3 won't premiere on Hulu until June, you can at least feel superior knowing you're breathing the same air as two of Hollywood's most intense jawlines.
Start your stopwatch, Jeremy sightings are about to spike. Screen Magazine has more.
