Kevin Spacey’s Brother Is a Limo-Driving Rod Stewart Impersonator in Idaho

Have you ever wondered what the brothers and sisters of celebrities do for a living? Some work for their famous sibling, some lead very quiet and private lives. Some are very interesting odd... Meet Randy Fowler, brother of actor Kevin Spacey who owns and operates Rod's Limos in Boise, Idaho. He is, as the headline states: a limo-driving Rod Stewart impersonator who let's you pick his 'driving outfit' for your event, and he has several.

Randy has 366 of those 'Rod Stewart' outfits crammed in his condo.

Randy and Kevin's relationship sounds a bit complicated but it appears it's better than it used to be. Randy says he was abused as a child and saved Kevin from it. And according to Gawker.com, he's also working on a book. Gawker also has a great picture of Kevin and Randy together in 1979 at Randy's first wedding.
