Police need your help, now. A kidnapping was reported at a local Casey's General Store and police urgently need your help.

8:55pm UPDATE: The woman has been found. The DeKalb Police department issued a press release that stated:

On Friday, July 13th, 2018 at approximately 3:34pm, the DeKalb Police Department responded to Casey’s General Store located at 1001 N. Annie Glidden Rd. regarding a report of an abduction. The caller reported he and his wife went to this location to meet with individuals for the sale of personal property. When they met with them, his wife was forcibly removed from his vehicle and placed into the offender’s vehicle. The offenders left the parking lot and were not located by responding officers. Through investigation, it was learned that the victim may have defaulted on a bail bond contract out of the state of Mississippi. Investigators confirmed this by speaking with a bail bond company out of DeSoto County, Mississippi. The agents of the bail bond company put investigators in phone contact with the alleged victim in this case. Investigators confirmed the victim was safe and was en route to the DeSoto County Jail to await a court appearance.
DeKalb County Sherriff’s Department, Northern Illinois University Police Department, Sycamore Police Department, and the Illinois State Police assisted in this case.

DeKalb Police have issued an urgent alert in reference to a  kidnapping was reported at approximately 3:20 p.m. on Friday at Casey's General Store, 1001 N. Annie Glidden Road in DeKalb

DeKalb police say the victim is 27 year old Clarissa R. Riddle (pictured in the photo above) . Police describe her as:

27 years old, female Black, 5'03, 180 LBS, brown hair, brown eyes last seen wearing a black dress with floral print.

DeKalb Police say the two suspects involved in the kidnapping are described as:

  • White male, 6'03, 185 LBS, wearing white shirt, blue jeans with hat.
  • White female, 5'03, skinny build with unknown clothing.

The suspected vehicle involved was a white SUV with Tennessee partial plate of "A." The vehicle was last seen south bound on First Street from West Lincoln Hwy.
