Man Leaves A Big Tip For Waitress Facing Eviction

The waitress who got the massive hookup was going through some tough times.

The man who left the tip is from New York. His name is Mike. That's all we know.

The story goes, Mike overheard the woman talking about how she was getting close to eviction and that's when he stepped in. His bill was just under $44. Mike left her a $3,000 tip...and a note.

On the other side of the receipt he told the server:
