Man Waits Three Weeks to Tell His Wife They Won the Lottery

The first thing I did on Sunday morning was check to see if I had to go to work the next day; because like you, I bought a Powerball ticket on Saturday in hopes of winning that $900 million grand prize. But not for Robert Bowlin. Bowlin, from Platte City, Missouri, won $2 million in the state's lottery and waited three weeks to tell his wife because he wanted to surprise her on Christmas morning.
