Mask up! More Rockford Locations Requiring Masks Indoors, Here’s the List

You may have thought you could throw away all of your masks, but unfortunately that's not the case. As COVID numbers begin to rise, many locations are adding mask mandates back into their businesses. 

This time though, it seems to be very location by location.

So how can you keep it all straight?

Well, you can choose to just wear a mask at all times in public or you can keep reading and get the latest mask information according to the Rockford Register Star. 

Their latest mask article names these locations where you need to wear a mask indoors.

As of this morning, August 3, the 17th Circuit Court (Winnebago and Boone) will require unvaccinated people to be masked, vaccinated adults are allowed to choose.

Government buildings are asking everyone to wear a mask, but not requiring it.

Rockford Mass Transit District drivers and passengers have never stopped wearing masks, so that's somewhere you will need to have one on.

According to this article, the CherrVale Mall is recommending masks but leaving 'requirements,' up to individual stores.

Mask decisions regarding schools are still up in the air.

When it comes to shopping locations like Target, Walmart and the like, you are always encourage to check out signs outside the building.

That's true for most retail locations across the state.
