Metra Train Offering Free Rides For Kids All Summer

Metra is providing free rides for kids as long as they are accompanied by a parent.

Up to 3 kids, aged 11 and under, can ride Metra for free, starting on Memorial Day and running until Labor Day.

That's an entire Summer without traffic and parking.

Metra is also offering early “getaway trains” out of Chicago on May 24 to start the holiday weekend, according to wgntv.com.
