The dating app, Hinge, which is like an upscale Tinder did a little experiment that any of single people can use to our advantage.

While Hinge always allows you to send a message with whatever words you'd like to, this time around they created 100 pre-written opening lines and gave users the option to use those for a month.

Then, they tallied results of which lines got the best responses.

The worst 5 opening lines were:

1. Would you rather have weekly hiccups or never sneeze to completion ever again?
2. What’s the most awkward movie you’ve watched with your parents?
3. Worst piece of advice you ever received?
