New Study Shows Illinois Residents Not Too Worried About Contracting Coronavirus
Who knew that in the middle of a worldwide pandemic, Illinois residents would be kind of so-so about the possibility of contracting the coronavirus.
At least we're worrying about it more than Iowa.
A new study shared by HouseMethod, reveals Illinois residents rank on a scale of 1-10, at a 5 when it comes to worrying about contracting the coronavirus.
The results are surprising when you notice our neighbor to the east, Indiana, ranks at 8 on the scale.
Especially when you consider Illinois has over 30,000 coronavirus cases while Indiana has just over 10,000 statewide.
In Iowa, there are just over 3,000 confirmed cases of COVID-19, and they scored a 4 on the "nervous about coronavirus scale."
HouseMethod survey estimates about a 1% margin of error.
