After EVERY show, just like with every conversation or argument, there's always ONE MORE THING you wanted to say or do. We're going to start putting those 'things' here.

This morning we found Carrie Underwood's leg workout (with photos of Carrie demonstrating) courtesy of Glamour magazine. After the show we thought of something you could do at work to help get those legs (or at least a tighter butt). BTW, I think Rebecah might be a bit competitive.
