The Illinois Department of Financial & Professional Regulation gave the go-ahead to dispensaries in the state to sell via curbside through the end of March.

Only one of Rockford's two dispensaries are going to do it though.

Before you think you're going to self medicate through these trying times it's for medical marijuana users only.

Recreational sales of weed have been put on hold through the end of the month.

Sunnyside Dispensary, 2696 McFarland Road, is the only dispensary in Rockford that will sell curb herb for the next few weeks.

You can't just show up at Sunnyside though and expect an employee to take your order. Before you go, you have to place an order online and wait for confirmation. Then you can go pick it up.

Mapleglen Care Center, 4777 Stenstrom, will still allow medical marijuana purchases to be made, but the customer will have to come into the store.
