I love pancakes, I always have. Pancakes are my top 5 food. The crazy thing is, I make a lousy pancake. I have been on a quest to find that perfect, in my eyes and taste buds pancake. So I decided to find the state lines best pancakes, it might take me 6 months, or it might take a year but I am looking for the top five, along with my tastebuds. So far I have been to The Sunrise Family Restaurant in Byron and Sophia's in Roscoe.
