PAWS Rockford Kitten Shower Adoption Event Announced For Saturday

If you're looking to add to the family or just starting out, this weekend you'll have a chance to get up close and personal with a few furry friends.

PAWS Humane Society of Rockford is holding a Kitten Shower adoption event on Saturday at PetCo & Sonal Puri Animal Rescue Cherryvale locations.

They're asking you to stop out to meet their newest arrivals as well as asking for donations to help PAWS take care of all the kittens before they find their fur-ever homes.

Donations accepted include, canned kitten food, powdered goat's milk, scoopable cat litter, and small heating pads.

Adoption fees:

• Under 1 year, $80 or $120 for a pair.
• 1-5-year-old cats, $50 or $75 for a pair.
• adult cats 5+ $25 or $40 for a pair.

PAWS is also looking for foster homes for their cats and dogs. For more information on fostering, adoption and donations check out the PAWS website.
