We knew this was coming right? Babies are being named after Pokemon.

The graduating class of 2034 will be officially known as the Pokemon Go class. Ok, so I made that up, but there's a chance that you'll find more college grads with Pokemon names that year than any other.

Buzzfeed got to talk with the people behind BabyCenter, which is a parenting website, about how the Pokemon Go trend is affecting the world of babies.

They found five baby names that have gained a bunch of popularity since the release of the game.

Eevee, who is a pretty cute like Pokemon, has inspired parents this year. According to Buzzfeed, Eevee has gone up 1,377 spots on the popular girl baby name list this year.

Onyx, another girl's name has gone up 2,184 spots this year since the Pokemon craze started.

Star and Ivy have also grown, possibly thanks to the Pokemon Go names Starmie and Ivysaur. I dunno Buzzfeed, I think that's kind of a stretch. I'm surprised Ivy is on the boy's list though, star is on the list for girls.

Roselia, who is a Pokemon, but not part of Pokemon Go, has also gained popularity, up 5,859 spots on the girls name list.

Finally they report that Ash is gaining popularity too, up 248 on the boy's name list, potentially because of Ash being the main Pokemon character.
