Rockford Peeps Are Guilty of Overusing These Iconic Movie Lines

We all have that one movie or TV show quote that lives rent-free in our heads.

You'll be at a family party, running errands, grabbing food, or just sitting on your couch doom-scrolling and blurt out a random quote from your favorite show.  It happens to the best of us, and we can't stop it.

Honestly, it's kind of impressive how fast our brains go right back to those phrases during certain moments.  It's like a built-in vocabulary.

A lot of quotes or phrases I use usually come from TikTok trends or memes because I'm on social media way too much.  It hurts every time I say them in public because I just outed myself that I stay up-to-date on social trends.  If I was a teenager, I wouldn't feel so weird, but I'm a grown woman.

Apparently, a lot of people in Rockford have phrases they say way too often.  Are these on your list, too?

Half of these you don't even need to be a movie/tv show nerd to know where they come from.  Sometimes we say them and don't know where they're from, but hear other people say it!  What's your favorite movie or TV show phrase you say a lot?
