Yep, I'll admit it—I'm the woman who collect soap dispensers.

For the longest time, I was hoarding things to fill a void in my life.  Then, I started enjoying having tons of cool trinkets, home decor, and stuffed animals around my apartment because the comfort of all of it made my space feel like a real home.

Eventually, I started to thrift seriously and the more I dug, the more I accumulated soap dispensers.  Fun ones, not like the ones you mount on a wall in a public bathroom!

After a few months, I realized I had created an entire shelf in my bathroom dedicated to displaying my cute soap dispensers.  My most recent one was very unexpected, it was from the Salvation Army on E State Street across from Don Carter Lanes - it's a soap dispenser disguised as a watering can!

Right around the same time, I was at the Salvation Army on Alpine and found two dispensers with incredible personality and character.

One is a smiling upside-down yellow lightbulb and the other is a chef.

My favorite find has to be my Chicago Style Hot Dog, not gonna lie.  He was at the N 2nd Street Goodwill location all by himself on the shelf.

He's pretty famous on TikTok with almost 3 million views!

Second favorite?  This cat and moon dispenser.  I love cats, I love moons, and the whole look of this one is such a vibe.

@hiitsmillzy it takes weeks to find a new one to add to my collection. & sometimes i get lucky and find 2 at the same thrift store! #thriftfinds #obsession #whaticollect #thrifttok ♬ original sound - Hey It’s Millzy

No, I don't use all of them at the same time.  I flip flop depending on how I feel, but also use one until the soap runs out.  Currently, I'm using the Chicago Style Hot Dog haha.

I'm all about embracing our hobbies, interests, and quirks.  Mine just happens to be thrifting unique soap dispensers and there's nothing wrong with that!
