Here are some of Rockford's favorite memories of the BMO Harris Bank Center for the 40th anniversary.

It is hard to believe that the 40th anniversary of the BMO Harris Bank Center is coming up on January 31st, Time really does fly when you're having fun.

I have attended so many great activities in that building. There's the sports events like the IceHogs and Lightning. Many professional wrestling matches including WWF, WWE, and WCW. I can't forget the kids shows I took my daughter to like Disney On Ice and Sesame Street Live. I checked out my first rodeo and monster truck race there too.

Of course, so many amazing concerts too. My first show at the BMO was Blue Oyster Cult, Nazareth, Uriah Heap, and Wishbone Ash on November 30th, 1993. I've seen ZZ Top, Judas Priest, Steve Miller, and Heart to just name a few.

"Bruce Johnson... I’ve been to so many there, I can’t list just one."

"David Frederick...Stones, enough said"

"Chris McCord Dieguez... Game 7 of IceHogs championship!!"

"Clint Little... REO Speedwagon, my wife's favorite band up front center. Even caught a drum stick for her."

If you can't remember all the shows you've seen at the BMO Harris Bank Center, I've got a cool website to check out. It's called setlist.fm. You can find out information by entering in things like the band name, venue, city, and date. Some will actually have the band's setlist from that night's show.
