First the gigantic amount of pus followed up with the huge cyst. If you make it all the way to the end of the video, you'll see the huge hole that's left after the cyst is removed.

Worst part or best part (depending on who you are) is the nurse who refers to the stench of pus and cyst smelling "like death."
