Being in a relationship doesn't mean you have to do everything together! Honestly, alone time is sometimes the best.
As much as I love spending time with my significant other, I've also learned that there's something incredibly refreshing about doing things on my own. Whether it's seeing a movie alone, going on a walk alone, or going to dinner by myself, having a little "me time" has become one of my favorite ways to recharge. It isn't about wanting to be alone all the time; it's about enjoying your own company every once in a while.

I think solo activities sometimes get an unfair reputation. People assume you're lonely or have no one to go with, when in reality, choosing to do something by yourself can feel so freeing! You don't have to be on anyone else's time but your own, and I love that.
That's why I wasn't surprised when I saw so many Rockfordians share the things they actually prefer doing alone. Some of the answers are completely relatable, while others had me laughing.
