The abandoned Testor paint plant at 620 Buckbee Street in Rockford was the subject of an urban exploration video on YouTube.

I love these videos for two reasons. One, it's something I'm way too frightened to do on my own and two there's something about abandoned buildings that just remind me of horror movies.

Described as "a haven for criminals" the old Testor paint plant is a piece of Rockford history.

The guy who filmed the video noted the bright pastel colors a very weird looking shower, and amount of bullet holes throughout the ransacked plant calling it "a funhouse."

He also recommends to not go into abandoned buildings alone. Despite his own recommendations, the guy went into Testor alone, so I'm not sure what I should believe.

One thing I know for sure, I'm not urban exploring by myself or with a huge group of people. The videos, on the other hand, I'll watch all day.
