I'm that person that refuses to eat anyone else's food they bring to a potluck. Only one time have I trusted someone's potluck, and now she has her own comfort food shop in Loves Park for the winter!

If you've never heard of Mama's Feel Good Food, well she's serving up exactly what her name promises: food that just makes you feel good. Comfort food. The kind of meals that remind you of home and make fall and winter weather a little more bearable.

She's a family-owned, seasonal soup and bread shop, open October through March, and they've built this beautiful reputation for sharing a little love with the community through comfort food. Let me tell you about their soup flights, that's what I'm really here to talk about!

Every week, there's a new flavor that rotates, but you can get individual soups, plus their soup flight where you can try all of them!
