My assignment this week on Eyewitness News is to find unique things for everyone to do while they're stuck at home so of course I wanted to see how I could combine two of my favorite things, wine and exercise.

I found this two minute workout and honestly it was a good one! My arms really felt like they were getting a workout because those little moves feel a lot bigger with a wine bottle in your hand.
