Study Proves That Men Are Idiots

You probably didn't need a scientific study to tell you that; but at least we know it's official.

Well, it's hard to argue with this one. My husband is proof. I told him about the study and the first thing he said was, "we can't help it; it's a genetic trait passed down from our mothers." I could've smacked him, but chuckled instead. The interesting part about the findings is how scientists came to their conclusion.

Have you heard of the Darwin Award? It's a tongue-in-cheek prize honoring people who accidentally killed themselves while doing something truly stupid. According to the British Medical Journal, between 1995 and 2014, 88.7 percent of people who've won that award have been men. Some past winners include a guy who chewed his beer glass and a terrorist who posted a bomb in a letter with insufficient postage and then opened it when it was mailed back to him.
