Taco Betty’s is Officially Reopened with a New Menu and Revamped Rooftop

Buh bye 2020, hello rooftop views! Taco Betty's is officially reopened.

Remember when downtown Rockford was poppin' so hard you had to wait for a rooftop spot at Taco Betty's? Well that 'memory' is coming back to fruition so make your plans, now!

Taco Betty's has been closed since November but today (Friday, March 19) they are back whipping up tacos and serving margs... on a brand new rooftop.

Ok, the actual rooftop is the same but the furniture and the fireplace and the vibes are all kinds of new. And it's amazing.

That's not all that's new though. Chef Quinn and the rest of the team created a ton of new recipes while we were all quarantined, including a taco flight featuring a jack fruit taco, a ton of new salsas, flatbreads, color coded tequitos and hummus, which was so darn good.

By the way the margaritas didn't change at all, they're just as delish as the last time you got the chance to stop at Betty's.

They are now reopen from 11 am until 2am this weekend and are ready to serve you on all three floors.
