Winnebago County Animal Services (WCAS) wears many hats when it comes to servicing the community and helping pets around the Stateline.

Pets are being helped getting adopted by IKEA stores in Illinois.

Many pet owners are struggling financially and Stateline area animal shelters want to help lessen that struggle.
