Taylor Swift Tops People Mag’s Best Dressed List

Despite the strange outfit Taylor Swift wore on the VMA Red Carpet earlier this year, she managed to edge out all other celebrities as the featured celebrity on People's annual Best Dressed List.

Taylor's Grammy look scored her the top spot on People's website along with ten other "Best Dressed" celebs.
