If there's one thing you can say about business owners in 2020, it's that they have been very creative. That goes double for the team behind The Norwegian who realized they could turn their restaurant into a store.

The Norwegian hasn't been in Rockford for too long, but since the day they opened they had a ton of local support, but support can only go so far when you're told you have to shut down your ability to serve diners inside because of a pandemic.

Thankfully the team behind the restaurant got creative and realized if they reopened as a storefront, they could sell some of their favorite items indoors to their customers.

Their reopening day is tomorrow.

The Norwegian posted on Facebook that tomorrow, November 6 they will be reopening as a restaurant but also as a market that you can come inside and order from.

A lingonberry mimosa kit sounds pretty good right about now.

They will be open from 9 a.m. until 7 p.m.and you can find their menu on their website.
