I complain a lot, sometimes, about working in retail. Every time I have to ask someone, "Can I help you find anything?", I feel like a part of me dies inside. Then I heard about a Target employee in Westminster, Maryland who gave the most epic pep talk before his store opened on Black Friday. After watching the video, I've never been more proud to work there part time.

My team leaders really need to up their game.
