Tom Hanks Spotted in Rockford, Illinois – Back of Truck?

Rockford seems to be a hot spot for "celebrity sightings." I've run into random Pro Wrestlers at gyms, musicians using scooters riding on Riverside, super famous directors visiting the Coronado, the list goes on and on. But here's a famous sighting that has more of a Rockford "feel" to it. Was Tom Hanks REALLY spotted in the back of a truck in Rockford?

Imagine this...You're driving down Alpine, getting ready to turn right on Spring Creek. A great big blue pick-up truck changes lanes lighting fast, pretty much cutting you off. This seems pretty normal so far right?

As I continued in the right lane, I look over as the blue truck got stuck behind some cars and had to "karma" slam on his brakes. O.K., but that's not why you called...

I glance over at the blue badass and thought, wait...is it? No, it can't be. I recognized the face on the back window. It's almost like Forrest Gump was staring right back at me! Can this really be who I think it is? In Rockford, in the back of a "pick em up" truck? Doesn't this cat have movies to do or something?

I was living the dangerous life apparently, and thought boy I better get a picture of this of no one will believe me! So I risked life and limb to snap this picture of Tom Hanks, for YOU. (Traffic was at a stand still as I took this picture btw)
