Another Rockfordian is using their skills to spread nothing but positivity during a time when stress, anxiety, and depression are at an all-time high. Lisa Masseron is the amazing chalkboard artist behind "Chalk of the Town" in Rockford and her work can usually be found at businesses and events all over the 815. Like many, she's making good use of the stay-at-home order but doing something to uplift others.

Lisa is creating beautiful signs that can be found in chiropractic offices, Rockford's 911 dispatchers office, and a few departments at Swedish American Hospital.

Hanging hundreds of hearts, drawing dozens of posters for our community, sharing and spreading nothing but positivity, and STAYING HOME is how I’m personally helping this fight... we’re ALL in this together! 💓🙌🏻🌈 “It might be stormy now, but rain doesn’t last forever.” Amen!
