Meghan Trainor is gettin' her fitness on.

The pop star released her latest single, "No Excuses," last week, and on Monday (March 5) she revealed a Zumba choreography video for the empowering anthem.

"Today...No Excuses gets official dance moves!!," Trainor tweeted. "I learned a @Zumba routine and tried my first Zumba class! it was AWESOME! So we released an official choreo video and now you can sing and dance along to my new song!!"

"We [Trainor and Zumba] both believe in empowerment!" she told PR Newswire. "I want this choreography to empower everyone out there to get on their feet, and I want them to think about respect and sassiness and loving yourself."

"No Excuses" is Trainor's first single in two years, after the singer recovered from surgery for hemorrhaged vocal cords. In a recent interview with People, she explained how the #MeToo movement inspired the song.

"When I do look back — especially to when I was 18 and 19 in the industry, talking to older adults, mansplaining was very real, and it’s still real — you feel like you’re fighting for your word, fighting to show them you do know what you’re talking about," she told the outlet. "I finally reached a point where I needed to write a song about it ... It just reminded me we need more respect in the world, and we need more respect for each other at every age."
