I thrift a lot.  Like, a lot.  If there's a vintage market, antique mall, or garage sale nearby, you'll probably find me walking around trying not to impulse buy.

Originally, thrifting was just an obsession that blossomed into a full-blown hobby.

A few months ago, I got really into watching mystery jewelry jar content on TikTok.  People buy jars and vases full of mystery jewelry and reveal what they got!  I thought, "I could make jewelry jars, sell them on my TikTok Shop, people would buy them, and then I get to watch them open MY jars!"  It would still feed my love of watching mystery jewelry videos, while making money at the same time.  A win-win!

To keep up with the demand of jewelry jars, I went to Hidden Treasures in Loves Park, Illinois to stock up on jewelry bags from a booth I found on Facebook Marketplace.

The vendor supplies tons of jewelry in gallon-size bags, I sort through them and resell it on my TikTok Shop for pretty cheap.  I wanted to make them as affordable as possible for anyone who has never had a chance to get a jar of their own.

After this last trip to the antique mall to get jewelry bags, my business has been booming like crazy.  Here's what I found that made me go viral and sell me out of all my jewelry jars on TikTok!

What I Found At Illinois Antique Mall That Made Me Go Viral

With over 2.5M views, it's not just a gallon-size bag of jewelry, I found the motherload.

This comforter-size bag of jewelry was $300 and had to be 50-60lbs.

It was so heavy that I needed a cart to push it to the register.  Everyone on TikTok wanted to know if I thought I'd make my money back, but I knew I would.  I flipped it in 50 minutes!  Sold out so fast!
