Wisconsin Taco Restaurant Debuts ‘Barbie’ Margarita
Come on Barbie, let's go get a margarita! The hottest pink drink you've ever seen just landed at a taco restaurant in Beloit, Wisconsin.
If you thought the Barbiecore world we've been living in all summer was going away just because fall is on the way... you're wrong.
Barbie is here to stay and so is the color HOT pink, which is exactly what color margarita you'll find at truk't in Beloit, Wisconsin.

How did they get such a hot pink drink?
I might have to go try it to see it for myself.
The Barbie-rita is the newest featured cocktail on the truk't menu along with the Smoked Manhattan inspired by the other huge summer movie everyone's been talking about, Oppenheimer.
It looks like truk't is only planning to have these drinks on the menu thru this Sunday, August 13, but maybe if we order enough of them, they'll get added to the permanent menu.
What's in a Barbie margarita?
If you're wondering, the Barbie-rita is made with tequila, lime juice, dragon fruit simple syrup, lime and edible glitter (of course).

And the Smoked Manhattan is a combo of Woodford Reserve, Carpano antica sweet vermouth, mandarine napoleon, lemon peel and mesquite smoke.
While I'm sure the Manhattan is good, I'll be pairing my Brussel sprout tacos with the Barbie-rita. What about you?
