According to a story at mystateline.com, $8 million in court fees have been collected in just the last 4 years. The credit for the cash roundup goes to collection agency, Harris & Harris. Since 2012 they've been collecting from the offices set up in the Public Safety Building.

The money that has been collected and will be collected goes to essential services all over the area. Bruscato says,

It can cover anything from law enforcement services, firefighter services, public works services, all services that we have come accustomed to.
