You Can Still Love Your Tacos and be Irish on St. Patrick’s Day

Your taste buds are about to take a trip to heaven. If you love tacos and you love corned beef, you are on your way to your happy place.

These pans show there's some serious St. Patrick's Day prep work going on in the kitchen at Lucha Cantina at 1641 N. Alpine Rd. in Rockford.

Lucha Cantina will again bless all that is St. Paddy's celebrating with the return of the Corned Beef Taco. Here's a message from their Facebook page:

For those of you who've been calling, emailing & stopping in to ask, the answer is yes. Yes we'll have our somewhat famous Corned Beef Tacos this week. You'll have to wait till Wednesday, but you can plan on is having them the rest of the week after that.
