10 Cities With The Least Attractive People [LIST]

I'll be honest with you, sometimes I go to parts of Wisconsin, just because I know that my "number" will go up when I'm there. You know what I mean right? A Chicago 4 is like a Wisconsin 9?

Apparently, I should stop going to Wisconsin and start going to these 10 cities. Ready to feel adorable every where you step?????

I've been to Cleveland once, it was winter and I was at the Bears game so we were all pretty bundled and covered up, but I think the Chicago girls I was with were the best looking tailgaters in the parking lot.
