So it's not the coffee making all those people jittery at the Starbucks line?

Going on a first date can be a pretty big deal, if it doesn't go well, there might not be a second date, and maybe that has nothing to do with you but all to do with where you decided to meet.

If you want to play it safe, maybe choose from the top ten most popular first date restaurants list compiled by the dating app Clover. They used data from over 200,000 of their app users to come up with this list, and the #1 spot doesn't surprise me at all.

Probably because I went on a first date there one time.

Starbucks gives you the ability to hang out for a while and talk or walk around with your drinks, or pretend you have a meeting to go to and leave pretty quickly because there's no meal to sit through.

  1. Starbucks
  2. Chipotle
  3. Panera
  4. Cheesecake Factory
  5. Texas Roadhouse
  6. Buffalo Wild Wings
  7. Olive Garden
  8. Chili's
  9. In-N-Out Burger
  10. Applebee's

Just be careful what you decide to order, I'm about 99.9% that me ordering a grande sugar-free skinny caramel frappuccino had nothing to do with the fact that I never went on a second date with that guy, but I'm still pretty sure, an iced skinny mocha would've looked more normal.

But would that really have been very Michelle?
