Monday, police believe Doddy killed Todd Hansmeier at QVSM call center on North Alpine. His next victim was apparently chosen at random, at a rest stop near Paw Paw, and now police believe he is driving her 2013 Nissan Altima 4-S with license plate-BARGMN2.
Law enforcement warn anyone who sees Doddy or the car, not to approach! Call 911 immediately!
