You know what they say about revenge and cold dishes right?

Well, 15 years is plenty of time for that dish to cool down.

The Packers and 49ers face off in the NFC Conference Championship on Sunday and their fates have been tied since 2005.

In the 2005 draft the 49ers had the first pick and needed a quarterback. San Francisco passed on Aaron Rodgers and instead drafted Alex Smith out of Utah. Let's take a look at how those two careers panned out.

I won't bother labeling which stats are for which player, you can probably figure that out for yourself.

The other popular saying about revenge is that the best revenge is a life well-lived. The jury is still out on whether or not Rodgers has a "well-lived" life (don't ask his family about that) so we'll have to wait and see if he serves any dishes up cold.
