Probably not, but there has been a slight increase in hope.

Back in September, Mayor Lightfoot said that there was a less than 50% the city would allow the Bears to host fans at Soldier Field this season.

At a Tuesday press conference, the mayor said that the city and the Bears were "having conversations" on bringing fans back. The city wants to see where infection numbers were heading before they made a decision.

Is this just a carrot at the end of a stick to get people to mask up and socially distance? Could be. Not much has changed in the past month, so I don't see why they would all of a sudden think it would be safe for Soldier Field to hold games with limited attendance.

The Bears' next home game is November 1 against the Saints, the odds of fans attending that game seem to still be less than 50%.
