Australian Authorities Release APB for Annoying Facebook Meme [PHOTO]

I don't even know Bill, but I don't like him. I logged off Facebook on Friday morning at approximately 11:32 am and logged back in Sunday night at 9:37 pm and this stick figure in a box with words had completely filled up my timeline. Who is this Bill and why does he know so much about my friends?

We aren't the only ones who are annoyed by "Be like Bill", which is a meme that apparently allows you to passive-aggressively call out social media behaviors that annoy you, but it turns out Aussie authorities are too. They posted one of the best "Be like Bill" memes yet.

Authorities believe that Bill has already made his way to the Stateline area. Be on the look out for Bill. Bill is stupid. Bill is a know-it-all. Don't be like Bill.
