There's nothing better than going to the store on a Tuesday, in the middle of the day, and not seeing a single child in sight. Maybe that's just me, but boy is it nice!

It honestly feels like summer just started, but now we're headed into the new school year. Oh, how time passes us by!

I remember as a kid, my mom would take me back-to-school shopping at Walmart and she always rushed me to try and beat the crowds. The aisles were packed with tons of people, we were always shoulder-to-shoulder with other families. The worst!

You cannot change my mind on this. Back-to-school season is the best time of year because kids aren't only back in school, but stores are child-free.

Going to Woodman's in the middle of the day, hearing only the wheels of my cart and my squeaky shoes is like music to my ears! The aisles are clear, no tantrums to be heard, or kids having the zoomies around the store.
