I Might’ve Found One Of The Best Breakfast Spots In Rockford
My favorite meal of the day has always been breakfast. I don't know why, but I always find myself eating cereal at around 1am every night.
I actually made my own breakfast over the weekend. Take a look at what ya girl made. And yes, I'm just boosting my ego really quick...
Eggs Sunnyside up, garlic chicken, broccoli and cauliflower, cheesy potatoes, and toast with jelly to start my morning off right. YUM!
Living in Rockford for 25 years, I've tried all sorts of breakfast spots in the Rockford area. Fortunately, most of my favorite spots are still around today!
From Johnny Pamcakes, to Stockholm Inn, to Lydia's Café, the options are endless to pick from in this town.
Since I've had my fair share of breakfast in Rockford, I have to say one spot I order from the most is located at the Brynwood Square off Mulford Road.
One Of My Favorite Breakfast Spots In Rockford, Illinois
Ever heard of Jerry's Café? Now you have - thank me later!
Jerry's Café is one of my favorite breakfast joints in the area and I figured I'd share this delicious restaurant with you. This is just another place to add to your list of "must-tries."
I actually ordered from them this morning and got the eggs benedict. It's crazy to think I order this every time and they've never failed to be anything but delicious as heck!
Usually, I order a side of something else just in case I'm not full enough. That's when I order either the parfait or the Summer in Italy French Toast.
Just look at this mouthwatering photo, omg. If their breakfast photos don't get you through the door, I don't know what will.
I've also been dreaming about Johnny Pamcakes' Eskimo Waffle a lot lately.
A waffle with ice cream, whipped cream, and your choice of fruit - I love getting peaches or strawberries, they're very refreshing with ice cream!
