Chicago Blackhawks Reinstate IceHog Garret Ross

Rockford IceHog, Garret Ross, is off the hook and is no longer facing revenge porn charges in the state of Ilinois.

Dekalb County prosecutors were able to show that Ross was in Michigan at the time he shared inappropriate photos and videos of an ex-girlfriend; not Illinois. Apparently the Lincoln state has strict laws against this, but Michigan does not.

With that said, Ross will have his bond returned and the Blackhawks have reinstated him effective immediately.

What are your thoughts on this? What kind of message does it send to young women; regardless of what images were sent? Or is it not a big deal? This was something that was done, privately between two people, and it shouldn't determine whether Ross plays or not.
