Largest Christkindlmarket In America Returns To Illinois This November
Running from November 22nd to December 24th, you can experience this market in more ways than one.
"Twas the Night Before Christkindlmarket": This is an exclusive sneak peek the night before it opens. You can create magical moments with Santa, the Christkind, and tons of local vendors. Be the first to secure the coveted 2024 boot mug—perfect for sipping spiced wine!
"Culture & Cheer Tours": Get an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the market before it opens, with guided tours by German-speaking team members.
Learn about the history, meet vendors, and learn about German holiday traditions. You also get a goodie bag with the annual mug and a hot chocolate voucher—how perfect?
There will be two locations you can hit up depending on how far you're willing to drive.
Christkindlmarket Chicago at Daley Plaza (50 W. Washington St.) and Christkindlmarket Aurora at RiverEdge Park (360 N. Broadway).
I've been a few times and you can literally feel the love in the air. Everyone's bundled up, in their own little world, co-existing all night long!
Santa is also coming to town earlier than we expected. From November 15th - December 22nd, Santa will be at the Fashion Outlets of Chicago. He'd love if you brought coats, hats, gloves, scarves or other winter weather essentials for their 'Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Chicago' winter weather clothing drive. Details here!
