Clyde the Doxie Schnauzer is This Week’s Pet of the Week [VIDEO]

Meet Clyde, this week's pet of the week from Noah's Ark Animal Sanctuary.

Like all shelter animals, Clyde can't wait to find his forever home; I could see it in his eyes. When you have a pet of your own, you can get a good sense of what they're feeling or thinking just by the look they give you. Sometimes you get really excited dogs who just jump up and down; eager to get your attention; as if they're saying "ooh pick me, pick me!" Not Clyde. I got a sense from Clyde that he was just very laid back and mellow and just didn't understand why he was there. As I walked to his kennel, he just gave me a look as if he was saying, "Hi. Are you here to take me home? I'm a real good boy, you'll see." Clyde was just really chill...until we got the leash on and then he was really excited because he knew he was going to get to go outside and play a little.
